Our objective is to bring together stakeholders from across the state—including county houses of correction, community colleges, and workforce development systems—with a particular focus on women's education and reentry. Together, we aim to explore scalable solutions, elevate system-impacted voices, and build collaborative pathways that advance equity, education, and employment.

We are collaborating to better integrate:

  • Community College Education with County Corrections

  • Carceral Education with Industry

  • Educational Planning with Gender Equity

Keynote Speaker

We are especially pleased to welcome Shaka Senghor, a nationally recognized, best-selling author and speaker who recently released his third book. All participants will have the opportunity to meet Shaka and will receive a complimentary copy of How to Be Free.
